Council #13662 was chartered by the Knights of Columbus on November 19, 2004.  We are a Parish based Council of Saint Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church in Norristown, Pennsylvania.  Our former Pastor of Saint Francis of Assisi Church and First Chaplin of Council #13662, Rev. Kevin C. Trautner (deceased), requested that our new Parish Council be named in honor of his predecessor, the late Reverend George P. Ettorre.
